I am a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Intelligent Systems (INSEA, Rabat, 2026), specializing in Knowledge Engineering and Semantic Web. My doctoral research designed and formalized an ontology integration process for Knowledge-Based Ontologies (KBOs) — a richer class of ontologies grounded in conceptual graphs that extends classical OWL ontologies with schemas, rules, and semantic constraints. This process, covers alignment, mapping, merging, and evaluation. I am now exploring the intersection of both paradigms — symbolic and connectionist — through neuro-symbolic AI.
